Open role: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a creative, passionate Graphic Designer who wants to bring their vision to a fast-growing premium fashion brand.

At Southern Finest, how something looks matters just as much as what it says. Every image, every banner, every campaign tells a clear story: effortless elegance, quality you can see, a woman who has found her own style. We're looking for someone who can translate that identity into visuals that genuinely speak to our customers.

What you'll do

• Design the visual elements for our website, including banners, product imagery and visual content.
• Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns and digital ads.
• Work closely with the team to develop creative concepts that stay true to our brand identity.
• Make sure every piece of visual communication follows the Southern Finest guidelines.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in e-commerce or fashion.
• Strong skills with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent tools.
• A solid eye for aesthetics and real attention to detail.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• A portfolio of previous work (required).

We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for fashion and a natural gift for making people feel heard and valued.

At Southern Finest, every customer has a story. Many of them are women who have spent years looking after everyone but themselves, and who are finally choosing something for them. The way we welcome them should reflect that not a standardised customer service, but a warm, knowledgeable and honest presence.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers by email, chat and social media, offering personal advice on fashion and style.
• Help customers choose the right size and fit, so every purchase is made with confidence.
• Handle customer enquiries and returns with care and efficiency.
• Support the team with day-to-day operations, including order follow-up and after-sales communication.
• Help build a loyal community around Southern Finest.

What we're looking for

• Experience in retail or customer service, ideally in fashion.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, helpful approach.
• A passion for fashion and a good sense of style.
• The ability to give tailored advice and help customers find the piece that's right for them.
• Flexibility and comfort in a fast-moving environment.
