Am I too old for these styles?

Not at all, and it's the question we hear most. We don't choose pieces for an age, but we do have someone in mind: someone who would rather feel comfortable than fashionable, and who wants to get dressed in the morning without thinking about it too much. Most of our customers are between 45 and 65. If a piece only works on a twenty-five-year-old, we don't stock it.

I'm between two sizes. Which should I choose?

Take the larger of the two or clothing. Our styles are designed to sit loosely, so a little extra room reads as intentional rather than oversized. For footwear, basically the same thing. If you'd rather ask before ordering, email us your usual size and the style you're looking at and we'll tell you honestly which one to take.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery within Australia usually takes 8 to 12 business days, and you'll get tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. If anything is delayed, we'll tell you rather than wait for you to ask.
